Yayasan Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih (YPP) team along with a number of students from the Indonesian Television Academy (ATVI) 85 students from various high schools / vocational schools participated in the 2018 Young Navy Social Adventure or Maritime Character Building Cruise (PPKM) to Tarempa Island, Siantan District, Anambas Islands Regency, Riau Islands Province. This activity is in collaboration with the Maritime Potential Service (Dispotmar) of the Navy and supported by BNI 46. The group departed July 1, 2018 from Kolinlamil Pier, Tanjung Priok using KRI Teluk Bintuni 520, all participants participated in a series of events both on board KRI Teluk Bintuni 520 and after arriving in Tarempa. Activities on board included fun games, self-potential recognition, group dynamics and so on.
Meanwhile, on Tarempa Island, the YNSA / PKM participants together with Tarempa residents and also elementary, middle and high school students carried out joint activities including painting the Tarempa Island pier fence, friendly soccer takraw and volleyball matches, arts and cultural performances, cataract surgery with Perdami and the Navy, also the distribution of 500 bags containing books and stationery donated by BNI 46 to students at SMPN and SMAN 1 Siantan, MTs and MA Fatahillah, SMAKN 4 Anambas, SMPN 2 Siantan, SDN 007 and SMPN 3 Sedak, SDN 008 and SMPN 4 Dusun, SMPN 5 Bukit Tambun, SMP Khaira Ummah, SDN 001, 002, 003 Tarempa, SDN 004 Bukit Tambun, SDN 005 Antang, SDN 006 Tanjung, SDN 009 Rekan, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Anambas, art performance night and cataract surgery. When this information is written, the YNSA1 group of KRI Teluk Bintuni 520 will return to dock at the Kolinlamil Pier, Tanjung Priok.
