06-16-2017Ramadan Blood Donation in the Foyer of Gedhe Kauman Mosque, Yogyakarta
In order to maintain blood supply during Ramadan, YPAPK in collaboration with PMI Yogyakarta (DIY) held a blood donation event on June 16, 2017. A total of 660 blood bags were collected from 1003 registrants, some of whom failed to donate due to medical reasons, such as insufficient blood pressure or HB.
The event was held in the foyer of Gedhe Kauman Mosque, Yogyakarta, and was attended by the Chairman of YPAPK and officials of PMI Yogyakarta.
It is hoped that this blood donation can help increase the supply of blood bags for PMI Yogyakarta and help people who need blood transfusions.
