Free General Treatment in Sukamulih Village, Sukajaya District, Bogor with FMKS & Dompet Dhuafa

September 9, 2017, YPAPK once again held a public medical service for underdeveloped villages in Sukajaya sub-district, Bogor district, in collaboration with Yayasan Amal Bhakti FMKS (Forum Muda Kreatif Sukajaya) and the medical team from Dompet Dhuafa.

The social service, which was held in Sukamulih Village from 09.00 until completion, was welcomed enthusiastically by the residents, considering that most of them still have difficulty getting access to proper treatment due to the long distance that must be traveled to the nearest health facility. The Head of Sukamulih Village said that some residents already have BPJS, but they are constrained by the cost of transportation to the Puskesmas or Hospital, so their illnesses remain untreated.

A total of 457 residents with complaints including itching, respiratory problems, stomach problems and other common diseases were successfully assisted, and this social activity ran smoothly thanks to the support of FMKS and the Sukamulih Village Head.

It is hoped that this activity can benefit the residents of Sukamulih Village and can improve their health status.
