Free Cataract Surgeries in Manado and Tomohon

In celebration of Indosiar’s 28th anniversary, Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih Foundation held a Mass Cataract Surgery activity in collaboration with PERDAMI North Sulawesi on February 24, 25, and 28, 2023 at the North Sulawesi Province’s Primary Eye Clinic. The program has successfully operated on 88 eyes. In addition to providing assistance with the surgeries, YPP also distributed 100 food packages consisting of:

• 5 kg of rice
• 1 liter of oil
• 1kg of flour
• 1 kg of sugar
• 3 packets of instant noodles
• tea bags

EMTEK’s Legal Director and Corporate Secretary, as well as YPP’s Secretary, Titi Maria Rusli, also attended the program.

The people of Manado and its surrounding areas have enthusiastically participated in the surgeries.
