Since she was a baby, Nada Aulia suffered from a colon disorder that was not connected to the anus, so when she defecated, her feces came out through her vagina. However, Nada's mother did not realize it. When Nada was older and complained of pain when defecating, Nada's mother only gave her soft food and fruits. Nada is the youngest of 5 children and the only girl, and her older siblings did not have any abnormalities, so Nada's mother did not feel suspicious.

The colon deviation was discovered in June 2019, when Nada's belly grew bigger and she was taken to the doctor. It was decided that Nada should be operated on immediately, but Mr. Sirojudin, Nada's father who only sells sandals, and Mrs. Yunaiyah, who is only a housewife, had difficulty raising funds for the operation, because the second, third and fourth children were also still in elementary and junior high school. In July 2019, Mr. Sirojudin met with staff from Karya Alfa Omega Foundation (YKAO) who invited YPP to work together. It was only on August 21-29, 2019 at EMC Sentul Hospital that Nada successfully underwent her first surgery funded by YPP, while on October 18, 2019, the second surgery was funded by YKAO.

It is hoped that with this operation, Nada's future can be brighter and she can also get a scholarship to study at a state university like her first sister.
