Inauguration of SCTV Bridge of Hope in Pacitan, East Java

Yayasan Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih (YPP) SCTV Indosiar inaugurated the 34th ASA SCTV Bridge in Tegalombo Village, Tegalombo District, Pacitan Regency, on August 6, 2025, in commemoration of SCTV's 35th anniversary. The SCTV ASA Bridge in Pacitan was officially opened by the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of PT SCM Tbk and Chairman of YPP SCTV Indosiar, Mr. Imam Sudjarwo, and handed over to the Village Head of Tegalombo, Mrs. Any Solichah, S.Pd, MM.

This 1.2 x 100 m suspension bridge connects residents in Krajan Hamlet. Before the bridge was built, residents had to travel a longer distance of about 3 km to carry out their activities and access several facilities. This area is prone to flooding and landslides, so if these occur, road access is cut off, and residents become isolated. The bridge is highly beneficial for residents' mobility in accessing public facilities such as health centers, markets, schools, village offices, and district offices.

The residents are very happy and grateful to receive bridge facilities from YPP SCTV Indosiar. This is a solution to the difficulties faced by the residents of Tegalombo Village during the rainy season, especially those in Krajan Hamlet who live across the river. Moreover, the SCTV ASA Bridge in Pacitan is very Instagram-worthy with its bright colors of blue and orange. May this bridge connect the hopes of the residents of Krajan Hamlet, Tegalombo Village, Tegalombo Sub-district, Pacitan Regency.

The construction of the SCTV ASA Bridge in Pacitan Regency was made possible by donations and the spirit of cooperation and mutual assistance of SCTV viewers in Indonesia through YPP in collaboration with the Yayasan Relawan Kampung Indonesia (YRKI).

The inauguration ceremony for the bridge was attended by the Director of CSR at PT SCM Tbk/Chairman of Yayasan Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih (YPP) SCTV Indosiar, Mr. Imam Sudjarwo; Representatives from the Tegalombo Subdistrict Office, the Head of Tegalombo Village - Mrs. Any Solichah, S.Pd, MM, the Tegalombo Police Station Chief - Iptu Fatkur Rohman, the Military Commander - Captain Inf. Agus Eko Prasetyo, and the Chairman of the Kampung Indonesia Volunteer Foundation - Mr. Arif Kirdiat.

During this event, 150 food packages were also distributed to residents, containing:

  • 5kg of rice
  • 1kg of granulated sugar
  • 1kg of wheat flour
  • 1 liter of cooking oil
  • 520ml of soy sauce
