YPP, the Ministry of Social Affairs, and the Lombok Social Department Distribute 500 Food Packages and 1000 Cloth Masks to Residents in Lombok, Mataram, NTB

In collaboration with the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs, Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih Foundation (YPP) SCTV Indosiar distributed 500 food packages and 1000 cloth masks to people affected by COVID-19 in Lombok. The food packages contained:

• 5kg of rice
• 1kg of flour
• 1 liter of cooking oil
• 1 kg of sugar
• 1 kg of 155 gr sardines 

These packages were handed over to the Head of the NTB Provincial Social Affairs Department by the Head of the SCTV Indosiar Mataram Transmission Team, at the Department’s office. On the same day, the Social Affairs Department immediately distributed these packages to residents who applied for assistance. Lombok is still trying to recover from the 2018 earthquake, but their situation has taken a turn for the worse with the ongoing pandemic considering that tourism is a major contribution to their economy.

Viewers' donations through SCTV, Indosiar, Bukalapak Users, Liputan6.Com, and Vidio.com have allowed us to distribute various assistance to various parties, PPE and Ventilators for medical personnel at health centers and hospitals, disinfectants, hand sanitizers, cloth masks, as well as food packagesfor residents affected by the pandemic. Not to mention free wifi networks for students who need them for their academic activities.
