Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih Foundation (YPP) SCTV Indosiar has supported the COVID-19 Vaccination outreach organized by Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) Operational Zone 6 Yogyakarta and the Klaten Regency Government at Delanggu Station, Klaten Regency on November 21, 2022.
For this activity, YPP distributed 500 food packaged consisting of:
Vaccinations were given at the KAI Rail Clinic with as many as 410 residents receiving the Pfizer vaccine.
Booster vaccines have become a mandatory requirement for travel, especially in public transportation such as trains.
Executive Vice President of KAI Operational Zone 6, Iwan Eka Putra, expressed his gratitude to YPP SCTV Indosiar for agreeing to helping out with vaccination outreach for the third time, with the previous ones being held at Tugu Yogyakarta Station and Sentilo Kulonprogo Station several months ago. He hopes that more people will be able to take part in the COVID-19 vaccinations through the outreach.
Deputy Regent of Klaten, Yoga Hardaya, was reported to have been appreciative of YPP’s commitment to handing out vaccinations and distributing food packages, as both activities are necessary and beneficial for the communities involved.
