YPP Starts Ramadan Blood Donation from Malang City with a Theme: Achieving Blessings With Blood Donation

Blood Donation activities in the month of Ramadan is one of the annual agenda of Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih Foundation (YPP) SCTV-Indosiar together with PMI in a number of regions to maintain blood supplies at PMI. The lack of blood supplies during the fasting month and before Eid al-Fitr encouraged PMI by collaborating with YPP to organize blood donation activities in Malang City on 24-25 May 2019.

For YPP SCTV Indosiar, Malang was the first city in a series of Ramadhan Blood Donation activities in 2019 themed "Reaching Blessings with Blood Donation." The blood donation activity in Malang, located at the UTD PMI Malang City office, took place from 15.00 to 21.00 and collected 600 blood bags. This activity will then be held in the following cities: Gresik, Surabaya and Yogyakarta.

Malang city residents were very enthusiastic about participating in this activity because besides being rewarded for blood donation, it is also healthy. The Mayor of Malang, Sutiaji came to review the blood donation activities.
