YPP Spreads the Christmas Spirit in 2023

Dedicated to Spreading the Christmas Spirit in 2023, Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih Foundation SCTV Indosiar (YPP) & Emtek Group undertook various activities in light of the event.

They first held a Community Lunch and Gift Distribution to Nursing Homes & Orphanages, handing out 80 parcels to the Atmabrata Nursing Home in Cilincing, and 55 parcels to the St. Francis of Assisi Orphanage in Depok.

The foundation went on to distribute 500 food packages to 3 orphanages and 3 nursing homes on December 27 2023. The distribution commenced in 6 phases as described below.

The package consists of:

• 2500 kg of Rice
• 500 kg of Flour
• 500 kg of granulated sugar
• 500 Liters of Cooking Oil
• 750 Cans of 155 gr Sardines
• 60 Cartons of 40 Instant Noodles
• 200 packets of 25 Tea Bags
• 250 packets of 155 gr Ground Coffee

In phases 1 - 4, packages were distributed to the following:

• Atmabrata Nursing Home, Cilincing, North Jakarta
• Kasih Karunia Nursing Home, Parung
• Kasih Sayang Nursing Home, Bekasi
• St. Francis of Assisi Orphanage, Depok,

The packages in phases 1 to 4 consisted of:

• 500 kg of Rice
• 100 kg of Granulated Sugar
• 100 kg of Flour
• 100 liters of Cooking Oil
• 12 Cartons of Instant Noodles
• 150 cans of 155 gr Sardines 
• 50 packets of 155 gr Kapal Api Coffee 
• 40 packets of 25 Tea Bags

In phases 5 and 6, the packages were distributed to the following:

• Pelangi Orphanage, Sentul, Bogor.
• Divine Mercy Orphanage, Buaran, South Tangerang.

The packages in stages 5 and 6 consist of:

• 250 kg of Rice
• 50 kg of Granulated Sugar
• 50 kg of Flour
• 50 Liters of Cooking Oil
• 6 Cartons of Instant Noodles
• 75 cans of 155 gr Sardines
• 25 packets of 155 gr Kapal Api Coffee
• 20 packets of 25 Tea Bags

On this occasion, Brother Petrus, as the chairman of Atmabrata Foundation and  Darius Rebong, the chairman of St. Fransiscus of Assisi Orphanage Foundation, as well as representatives from other nursing homes and orphanages, expressed their gratitude to the Spreading the Christmas Spirit 2023 Team for the packages, lunches, and Christmas parcels distributed to the orphans and the elderly. The chairmen and others alike have prayed for success upon YPP SCTV Indosiar and EMTEK Group in support of their lifelong mission to help those in need.
