YPP SCTV Indosiar Supports UNTAG Semarang’s Community Service Program in Kendal

YPP SCTV Indosiar demonstrated its support for the "Tri Darma" (Three Pillars of Higher Education) activities conducted by the University of 17 Agustus 1945 (UNTAG) Semarang. This community service initiative took place in Kalikesek Hamlet, Sriwulan Village, Limbangan District, Kendal Regency, Central Java, on February 15, 2026.

During this social event, YPP distributed various forms of assistance to local residents in need, including:

• 100 Food Packages: Each containing 5kg of rice, sugar, flour, cooking oil, and soy sauce.
• 100 Elementary School Kits: Featuring school bags equipped with stationery sets, including notebooks, drawing books, colored pencils, and other essential learning tools.
• 100 Fruit Tree Seedlings & Fertilizer: Including mango, rambutan, longan, and water apple trees to promote environmental sustainability and local economic empowerment.

The event was attended by the Regent of Kendal, Mrs. Dyah Kartika Permanasari; the Rector of UNTAG Semarang, Mr. Suparjo; and the Dean of the Faculty of Law at UNTAG Semarang, Mr. Edy Lisdiyono.

This synergy between humanitarian organizations, academia, and the local government is expected to provide long-term benefits for the welfare and education of the Kalikesek community.
