YPP Provides Psychological Support for Child Victims of the Cianjur Earthquake

Many victims of the Cianjur Earthquake are in need of psychological support following the damaging effects the disaster had on both their environment and psyche. This is especially true for the children. YPP SCTV Indosiar took notice of this and invited kak Resha to tell stories and sing together with the children as a form of rehabilitation for those who were forced to live in refugee camps. The activity was carried out in Sukamanah Village, Cugenang, Cianjur and Palasari State Elementary School, Bojongherang, Cilaku, Cianjur City. The YPP SCTV Indosiar team was present to provide psychosocial support for hundreds of Cianjur earthquake victims at 6 evacuation points. The team also brought the Mobil Weli (Bookmobile) which encouraged children to read the books they want. The children also received gifts from YPP SCTV Indosiar.
