YPP Provides Assistance in the form of Various Vitamins to Tri Asih Foundation with 79 Residents and Companions Exposed to COVID 19

To increase the immunity of the residents and their companions in Tri Asih Foundation Nursing Home, Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih Foundation SCTV Indosiar provided assistance in the form of vitamins to be given to the residents of the nursing home and their companions who were exposed to COVID 19. The assistance was delivered on February 17, 2021 in the form of a number of vitamins, including: 

• Vitacimin Vitamin C 500 mg – 100 Tablets, 50 Strips, 20 boxes
• Wellness Natural Vitamin E Water Soluble 400IU – 60 Softgels, 20 bottles
• Becomzet Multivitamin and Mineral Zinc 100 Tablets – 10 Strips, 20 boxes
• Vitamin D-3 High Potency 10,000 IU – 120 Softgels, 20 bottles
• Vitamin B Complex Plus B12 Samco Food Supplement – 100 Caplets, 20 bottles.

A total of 79 residents and companions at Tri Asih Foundation have been exposed to COVID-19 and are undergoing self-isolation. The doctor in charge recommends that those undergoing self-isolation must consume various vitamins, including vitamins C, E, D3, and B Complex.

Tri Asih Foundation is a foundation that works for rehabilitation and habilitation of people with mental disabilities. They currently care for 228 people with intellectual disabilities, with 51 living in the orphanage and 177 others living in their own homes. The 51 who live at the center are diagnosed with severe mental impairments who are unable to care for themselves independently, while the other 177 suffer from mild impairments. They study online like other normal children, but with a different curriculum. Despite the impairments, they are still able to communicate with their parents effectively.
