YPP Inaugurates Rehabilitated Church Affected by the Earthquake in Palu, Central Sulawesi

After the earthquake in Palu, Central Sulawesi, YPP distributed viewers' donations to rebuild a number of facilities, including furniture for the Alkautsar Nursing Home and Orphanage in Palu and the GPID Zaitun Wangka Church and Pastory building in Kulawi Sigi, Central Sulawesi. The distribution was carried out on Saturday and Sunday, November 20 and 21, 2021. Present at the activity were Sabrin O Ladongi, Chairperson of the Alkautsar Orphanage and Nursing Home; Pastor Selviana Todali, Pastor of the GPID Church Session; and Elder Benyamin Tino, Chairperson of the Church and Pastory Construction Project. 

According to Pastor Selviana, the assistance from viewers and YPP is highly beneficial for the residents, as the area counts as remote, placed in the outermost area on the mountains of South Kulawi. She likened the rebuilding of the church to an early Christmas gift.
