YPP Inaugurates Newly-Renovated Sidomulyo State Elementary School 02, Pronojiwo, Lumajang Affected by the Semeru Eruption

Within the context of Indosiar’s 27th anniversary, Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih Foundation carried out renovation activities at Sidomulyo State Elementary School 02, Pronojiwo, Lumajang which was affected by the eruption of Mount Semeru. The inauguration was held on June 24 by Dewi Yudho Miranti as General Manager of YPP, Sudiani S.Pd. as principal of Sidomulyo State Elementary School 02, and Ahmad Robich as Representative of the Lumajang Regency Education Office.

Apart from the inauguration, YPP also distributed bags, notebooks, drawing books, coloured pencils, pens, and pencils to support students and welcome the new school year. Previously, Sidomulyo State Elementary School 02 were only able to carry out teaching and learning activities only from 3 classrooms, as the other classrooms had almost collapsed due to the earthquake and the impact of the eruption.
