06-24-2019YPP Health Service Operates 49 Cataract Patients
Regular Mass Cataract Surgery on June 22, 2019 at RSCM Kirana at 06.00 WIB until completion, successfully operated on 49 cataract patients out of 90 applicants, most of whom did not pass screening due to medical reasons, such as high eyeball pressure, blood sugar or high blood pressure. The patients came from underprivileged families in the Jabodetabek area who registered with Yayasan Karya Alfa Omega for screening and briefing 2 weeks before the day of surgery. They thanked YPP, YKAO, Perdami Jaya and RSCM Kirana for organizing the free mass cataract surgery for them and restoring their vision and dignity as independent human beings.
