YPP Donates to Orphanage Institutions through SCTV Cinta Anak Yatim Program

Repeating the success of the SCTV Cinta Anak Yatim program in 2019, the Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih Foundation will once again provide donations to foundations, orphanages or Islamic boarding schools that care for orphans in Ramadan 2021. Donations raised through the SCTV For Orphans Program have been held since mid-March 2021 and will end in May 2021. From these funds, YPP donated Rp 10 million to each orphan care institution selected by the SCTV Cinta Anak Yatim Team. The institutions are spread across a number of regions in Indonesia.

On May 5, 2021, YPP handed over the donation to two foundations located in Jakarta, namely Sahabat Yatim Foundation in West Kuningan, Jakarta and Yatim Foundation 04 in Poncol, South Jakarta. To the caregivers of each foundation, YPP representatives handed over cash donations directly. The two foundations represented other foundations that received donations through transfers to the accounts of their respective institutions. Through the SCTV Cinta Anak Yatim donation, it is hoped that their needs may be fulfilled during Ramadan, thus sharing the joy of welcoming Eid al-Fitr 1442 H.

We continued the delivery of SCTV Cinta Anak Yatim donations on May 7, 2021 by visiting two foundations in Tangerang. The first foundation we visited was the Insan Mandiri Empowerment Foundation in Jl. dr. Mangun Kusumo no 23 rt 01/08 Paninggilan Utara, Ciledug, Tangerang City. At this foundation that houses around 147 orphans, the Chief Executive of YPP, Mr. Abas Yahya, handed over the packages to the representative of Insan Mandiri Empowerment Foundation, Sugimin.

The second location is Amaryllis Kirana Foundation at Jl. Ahmad Yani no. 15 Rt.03/02, Suka Asih, Tangerang, Tangerang City. This foundation provides assistance to cancer patients and currently supports 724 children with cancer, some of whom come from Banten.

The distribution of SCTV Cinta Anak Yatim donations continued on May 10, 2021 by handing over a donation of IDR 10,000,000 to the Al-Mukhlisin Orphan Foundation at Jl. Mualim Aminudin No. Rt.006 / 014 Cububur, Ciracas, East Jakarta on May 10, 2021. The donation was handed over directly to the Head of Al-Mukhlisin Foundation, H. Bambang S. The Al-Mukhlisin Foundation has taken 31 children under their wing.

On the same day, Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih Foundation handed over a donation of IDR 10,000,000 to Tahfidzil Qur'an Islamic Boarding School at Jl. Cipayung No.1, Sukaharja, Ciomas, Bogor. The donation was handed over directly by the Chief Executive of YPP, Abas Yahya, to the Representative of Tahfidzil Qur'an Islamic Boarding School.

In addition, Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih Foundation SCTV Indosiar handed over a donation of IDR 10,000,000 to Tahfidz Al Qur'an Bina Attaufiq Atap Yatim Islamic Boarding School at Jl. H. Mawi gg. Serius, Waru Village, Parung, Bogor on May 10, 2021. The donation was handed over directly by the Chief Executive of YPP, Abas Yahya, to the School's Representative.
