Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih Foundation (YPP) has supported the "Educational Videos: Smartphone Videography Workshop for Rumah Autis Teachers and Volunteers" organized by Berisik Project on January 22, 2022. Located at Cagar Foundation, Jati Asih, Bekasi, YPP provided support for 50 consumption boxes (snack & rice box) for the trainers and participants. Apart from that, YPP also distributed 50 cloth masks with logos.
YPP's involvement in this activity highlights the foundation’s support for the teachers and volunteers of Rumah Autis in improving their abilities in making educational videos for people with autism, providing them with the opportunity to gain knowledge they can apply well in real life.
Deka Kurniawan, Deputy Chair of the National Commission for Disabilities (KND) extended his appreciation for the activities carried out by the Berisik Project and supported by YPP, namely the educational video production training at the Cagar Foundation with Rumah Autis. As an independent, non-structural institution, KND has the authority to monitor, evaluate, and advocate for respect, protection, and fulfillment of disability rights for autistic people. KND has stated that they believe this particular activity aided in lightening their burden.The presence of the Berisik Project and YPP proves the importance of encouraging various communities to work towards a positive change.
