Ramadan Blood Donation in Malang

Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih Foundation SCTV Indosiar (YPP) has worked together with the Malang City PMI Blood Donation Unit to hold the Ramadan Blood Donation program from April 13 to April 15, 2023. The activities were carried out following the theme of "Spreading Kindness in a Month Full of Blessings".

Located at the Malang City UDD PMI Office, Buring Street 10, the activities start from 08.00 a.m. to 09.00 p.m. WIB. Malang UDD PMI deployed 78 – 82 personnel to support the program.

The Malang City Ramadan Blood Donation procured results that exceeded the specified target. Originally, the program aimed to obtain 900 bags. However, after 3 days of collecting blood donations from volunteers, Malang City UDD PMI succeeded in acquiring 1,459 blood bags from the 1,703 who registered.

Present for this activity was the SCM Corporate Secretary VP, Gilang Iskandar; General Manager of YPP, Abas Yahya; Chairman of Malang City PMI, Drs. Imam Buchori, M. Si; and Head of Malang City UDD PMI, dr. Enny Sekar Rengganingati, MM. The SCM Corporate Secretary VP reviewed the blood production process at UDD PMI Malang City. The blood collection process was also supervised alongside the General Manager of YPP, Chairman of PMI, and the Head of UTD Malang City.

YPP SCTV Indosiar provided 1,250 boxes of meals for donors, as well as 178 portions of rice and snack boxes for the staff.
