Mass Circumcision in Tasikmalaya, West Java

Yayasan Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih (YPP) SCTV Indosiar, in collaboration with the Tasikmalaya Municipality through Tasikmalaya Municipal Health Office and Indonesian Medical Association (IDI) Tasikmalaya, held a Mass Circumcision Social Service in conjunction with “SCTV Tasikmalaya Carnival” and the “24th Anniversary of Tasikmalaya City” at the Dewi Sartika Regional General Hospital, Tasikmalaya City, West Java, on October 18, 2025.

This activity was supported by doctors and medical teams from the Tasikmalaya City Branch of IDI. Participants in the mass circumcision social service came from several areas around Tasikmalaya City. A total of 54 children were successfully circumcised.

The Mass Circumcision Social Service at Dewi Sartika Regional General Hospital in Tasikmalaya City, West Java, was attended by Mr. Dicky Candra, Deputy Mayor of Tasikmalaya; Mr. Budi Tirmadi, Acting Head of the Health Department of Tasikmalaya City; and Mr. Farid Wajdi, Chairman of the Tasikmalaya City Branch of the Indonesian Medical Association (IDI).
