Despite the limitations, the chefs of Mama Chew 360 Rooftop endeavored to provide nutritious and filling dishes even in a simple form. Rice, shrimp balado, fried noodles, stir-fried vegetables and omelette became the chefs' ultimate to maintain the health of residents during the emergency response period. It is hoped that the menu can be a distraction for residents who are forced to eat instant food at the evacuation post.
