Inauguration of SCTV's 16th Bridge of Hope

On the occasion of SCTV's 27th Anniversary, on August 22, 2017 in Walikukun Village, Carengan Sub-District, KB. Serang, Prov. Banten, SCM CSR Director, Mr. Imam Sudjarwo, SCTV Programming Director, Mr. David Suwarto and Deputy Regent of Serang, Mr. H. Panji Tirtayasa inaugurated the 16th Asa Bridge connecting Walikukun Village with Purwadadi Village. 

The construction of the 125-meter-long bridge was funded by viewers. Using a suspension bridge construction that crosses the 95-meter wide Ciujung River, this bridge can be traversed by residents on foot or two-wheeled motorbikes. 

On that occasion, SCTV CSR also organized free health services for community members. As a result, 455 residents received health services.
During the time to cross the Ciujung River, residents of both villages used sled boats. Starting August 22, 2017, with the help of viewers' funds deposited through the Asa Bridge program, residents of both villages can cross more safely, comfortably and in less time.
