Emtek Peduli Corona Helps Reduce Community Burden (Phase-2)

Emtek Peduli Corona's work in distributing donations to the community also collaborates with other community organizations that have the same commitment and concern, such as the Forum Keluarga Putra Putri Purnawiraan Indonesia (FKPPI), Gusdurian Community, PB NU Pusat, GEBU Minang and so on. For us, this kind of collaboration strengthens the bonds of friendship and reaffirms the basic principle of gotong royong as the DNA of the Indonesian nation. The most important thing is that this kind of collaboration can reach more and more people who are socio-economically depressed as a result of this global pandemic.

• May 19, 2020 - food packages were distributed in several regions:
  • First, through FKPPI in Panglima Polim Raya, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta as many as 200 packages that will be distributed to residents who need it. Second location, as many as 100 food packages distributed to residents in RT. 10/03 Kel. Cikini Kec. Menteng Central Jakarta.
  • 300 food packages for underprivileged residents around the Darul Ihsan mosque, Lebak Bulus. They are residents of scrap collectors, garbage workers, and local residents who do not get social assistance.
  • Tapos, Cimanggis, Bogor Regency. Through the Cimanggis Pentecostal Church, the YPP team entrusted a total of 550 food packages to be distributed to residents in Cimanggis and Depok.

• Wednesday, May 20, 2020 - On this day, the YPP Team also visited several places:
  • A total of 500 food packages were handed over to Punguan Pomparan SeJabotabek in Pasar Minggu, Jakarta to be redistributed to their fostered residents.
  • Meanwhile, 100 food packages were distributed to the residents of Ciganjur Jagakarsa.
  • To the residents of Buaran, Serpong, 100 food packages were also distributed through the local RT.
  • The Minang brotherhood organization incorporated in GEBU MINANG (Mingkabau Economic and Cultural Movement) received 2.5 tons of Emtek Peduli Corona rice.
  • The handover took place at Indosiar Daan Mogot. By GEBU MINANG, the rice will be distributed to residents affected by Covid-19 who are in need.
