Emtek Peduli Corona Donates Hundreds of Food Packages and Thousands of Masks Through Pussen Arhanud for Residents, Veterans, Widows, and Retirees

Emtek Peduli Corona handed over as many as 500 food packages and 1000 cloth masks through Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih Foundation (YPP) to the Air Defense Artillery Armament Center (Pussen Arhanud) of the Indonesian Army. These packages are to be distributed to residents, retired officers, widows, and civilian retirees affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The provision of assistance was carried out while still implementing health protocols, such as wearing masks and maintaining distance. This activity was held in the context of the 74th Anniversary of Arhanud Pussen.

Chief Executive of SCTV Indosiar Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih Foundation, Abbas Yahya, said that the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic have indeed rendered many people helpless. Activities like this have been carried out by YPP in various places and for various groups through a number of organizations. “We will continue to distribute aid from viewers entrusted to YPP in various forms of donations such as food, PPE, basic necessities, or ventilators, so that we can prevent the transmission of Covid 19 together,” he said.

Dalam sambutannya Danpussenarhanud Mayjend TNI Nisan Setiadi, S.E. menyampaikan bahwa bhakti sosial ini ditujukan untuk mengatasi kesulitan masyarakat di sekitar terkait dengan pandemi Covid-19. Kegiatan ini juga dalam rangka menyongsong Dirgahayu ke-74 Korps Arhanud TNI AD tentunya akan menjadi momen yang tepat untuk diwujudkan dalam program kegiatan bhakti sosial kepada masyarakat di sekitar wilayah satuan. Dia juga mengucapkan terima kasih kepada YPP SCTV-Indosiar atas bantuan dan kepercayaan yang diberikan kepada Pussenarhanud. Harapannya ke depan semoga dapat terus menjalin kerjasama yang baik dalam berbagai kegiatan sosial dan kemanusiaan.
