Drinking Water Installation at the Baitul Izzah Mosque, Tangerang

YPP and YBMI have worked together to provide free drinking water installations for the community around Baitul Izzah Mosque, Tangerang on Wednesday, December 14, 2022.

Assistance was not only given to the Baitul Izzah Mosque in Tangerang, but also the Muhammadiyah Ki Bagus Hadikusumo Islamic Boarding School in Bogor, where the handover was carried out concurrently.

A symbolic handover was conducted by Dewi Yudho Miranti to the representative of Baitul Izzah Mosque, Imal Istimal. Another one was conducted by Abas Yahya to representatives of the Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School, K.H. Nur Ahmad.

Imal Istimal and K.H. Nur have expressed their gratitude for the installations, as they were capable of providing 1000 gallons per day. 

Following the symbolic handover, the drinking water installation vendor provided directions of use and maintenance of the installation equipment.

Sukarna, a business owner in front of the mosque, often uses the water provided for his business.

The provision of drinking water installations will continue both in Jabodetabek, as well as places beyond.
