Distribution of Logistics at 8 Refugee Camps for the Pidie Earthquake, Aceh by YPP & Lotte Mart

Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih Foundation (YPP) in collaboration with LOTTE MART distributed logistical assistance to earthquake refugees in Pidie, Aceh, including Djiem Djiem. This location is about 30 minutes away from the main Banda Aceh-Medan road which until the fourth day since the earthquake has not received any assistance. Today, YPP-LOTTE MART distributed 160 logistic packages to 152 families displaced in this location, with the following contents:

• 5 kg of Rice
• 1 package of Cooking Oil
• 1 box of Tea
• 1 kg of Canned Sardines
• 3 packs of Instant Noodles

The Djiem post is located at the top and end of the site and is one of the worst-hit locations. Until now, the YPAPK team is still on site identifying which other posts have not received assistance and what emergency assistance is needed by the affected residents.

As of December 15, 2016, 8 locations received assistance from SCTV and Indosiar viewers which was distributed directly by YPAPK in collaboration with LOTTE MART:

1. Gampong Djiem-Djiem, Bandar Baru sub-district, 160 packages.
2. SMK 1 Bandar Baru, 20 packages.
3. Paru Keudeu, 100 packages.
4. Gampong Blang Sukon, 100 packages.
5. Gampong Kayu Jatoe, 100 packages.
6. Dayah Thatiatut Tarbiyah, Lhok Puuk, Pante Raja, 150 packages.
7. Gampong Blang Baroh, Bandar Baru. 75 packages.
8. Gampong Beuringen, Meureudu, 175.
