Distribution of 10,000 Uniform Sets for Elementary School Students

PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk (formerly PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk - Adaro), through Adaro Bangun Negeri Foundation (YABN), continues to carry out their “Satu Seragam Sejuta Harapan” program by donating 10,000 school uniform packages with a total value of Rp 12 billion for elementary school children from underprivileged families around Adaro's operating areas, namely DKI Jakarta, South Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan and South Sumatra.

The packages, which contain school supplies worth Rp1.2 million/year for each student, were handed over directly by Adaro Group President Director, Garibaldi Thohir, to elementary school students in Kebon Baru, Tebet, Jakarta (04/12).

The “ Satu Seragam Sejuta Harapan” program is a form of Adaro's concern and contribution to the progress of the nation's education which is expected to provide a new spirit for Indonesian children to focus on learning to achieve their dreams in the future. This program is motivated by concerns about the large number of children dropping out of school in Indonesia, which is around 75,303 children who dropped out of school in 2021, with 38,716 of them coming from elementary school (SD) level.
