Cataract Operation & Mass Circumcision on the 72nd Anniversary of TNI with KODAM & KESDAM XIV/Hasanudin

Commemorating the 72nd Anniversary of the Indonesian Armed Forces, the Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih Foundation held a Social Service for Cataract Surgery and Mass Circumcision in collaboration with KODAM and KESDAM XIV / Hasanuddin (formerly KODAM VII / Wirabuana), PERDAMI Cab. South Sulawesi.

A total of 12 eye paramedics, and 36 general paramedics were deployed for 2 days (September 26-27) to provide health services to target patients: 50 cataract patients and 250 circumcision patients. Cataract surgery was conducted at Rumkit II Pelamonia, while mass circumcision was held at Maksedam XIV/Hasanuddin, Makassar.

Also attending the social service were Pangdam Major General Agus Surya Bakti and Mrs. Bella Saphira Veronika Simanjuntak, Kakesdam Col. Ckm. Dr. Hadi Hariono, Lantamal VI Admiral Yusup and Chairman of YPAPK Dewi Yudho Miranti.

It is hoped that this health service can benefit the people of Makassar, and further strengthen the relationship between the TNI, Indosiar, SCTV and the community.
