01-06-2026Assistance in Cleaning Houses of Flood Victims in Aceh
Yayasan Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih (YPP) SCTV Indosiar helped with cleaning up three houses belonging to victims of flash flooding in Desa Dalam, Karang Baru District, Aceh Tamiang Regency on January 1, 2026.
The victims need volunteer assistance to clean their homes of mud deposits. Although their homes have been destroyed by the flood, they hope to still be able to use the living room, which has been their residence.
This family has an infant, and there are concerns that if they continue to stay at the evacuation center, the child may become ill.
