350 Informal Workers Enjoy Free Meals in YPP and Bukalapak's Surprise Free Meal Program

On Monday, April 6, 2020, Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih Foundation (YPP) SCTV - Indosiar together with Bukalapak partners paid for lunch for around 350 informal workers, online motorcycle taxi riders, construction workers, pedicab drivers, angkot drivers, and other residents in need through the KEJUTAN MAKAN GRATIS program at Five Food Stalls around Pamulang, Ciputat, South Tangerang and surrounding areas.

While still practicing social distancing, these informal workers came to the stalls to get lunch at: Warteg Dianjaya, Gapplek Pamulang; Warteg Mamoka Jl. Siliwangi; Warteg Jayabahari, Reni Jaya, Pamulang; Warteg Ben Wareg, Pamulang 2 and Warteg Berkah, Kampung Utan Ciputat.

In addition to social distancing, we also distributed hand sanitizers and encouraged them to adopt a healthy lifestyle. We hope that through this activity, we can help rice stall managers to maintain their income affected by the spread of the Covid 19 virus. This is all thanks to the donations of SCTV, Indosiar viewers and Serbu Seru Bukalapak profran participants who donated their funds for the common good.
